Restore and Renew Retreats at Holden Beach
Burnout is high in the birth field. It can be difficult to find harmony in being a professional business owner in a heart-based business. This retreat is designed to help you renew yourself and create a plan to take that restoration forward throughout the coming year.
We will have 2 full days of presentations and discussions designed to keep harmony between your life and your business. In previous years these sessions have been life-changing for our participants, and we expect nothing less this year!
There will also be plenty of time for restoration as you walk on the beach, searching for shells and shark teeth, or just sit on the porch of the beautiful oceanfront house and watch the dolphins play in the surf and pelicans as they fly by and dive into the water.
You will build new connections with fellow birth workers as you sit in the hot tub.
• Sunday evening through Tuesday includes interactive workshops and working breakout groups with long lunch breaks to enjoy the beach in the middle of the day.
• Wednesday morning concludes with our closing ceremony.
• Wednesday afternoon through Friday are Open Days, no plans, just an unstructured portion of the retreat meant for rest, reflection, connection, and personal renewal.
The Restore & Renew Retreat is all-inclusive for lodging, workshops, and scheduled retreat experiences.
Shared meals are included through Wednesday morning. The remainder of the week is intentionally more spacious and self-directed. Food may be available in the house, but meals are not planned, prepared, or guaranteed during the Open Days.
