Prepare to Push Online Course

Would you run a marathon without training for it? Labor has been compared to running 6 back-to-back marathons, yet there is no training program available - until now.

The Prepare to Push™ program applies the fitness principle of specificity to labor and birth prep. During labor, you will be using muscles that you never had to work in this way before. By training these muscles, you will have a smoother labor and expedite your recovery during the postpartum period.

Prepare To Push™ gives you the essential information about your pelvic floor and abdomen in birth AND recovery.

The Birth Like a Boss Challenge

Birth Like a Boss Monthly Challenge

The Birth Like a Boss Challenge is a 30-day exercise challenge that leads you through exercises that will ease the discomforts of pregnancy, prepare your body for labor, birth, and a smoother recovery. A new challenge starts at the beginning of each month!

It can be done at any point in pregnancy and the sooner you start, the more time you have to implement the exercises. Remember, you are training for the marathon of birth, and like a marathon, you will benefit from months of preparation.

You will learn how to activate your pelvic floor appropriately and then add it to movement. The movements are chosen intentionally to mimic the most optimal labor and birth positions. You are training for birth and the exercises also help to maintain core function for faster recovery after birth.

The challenge will give you a fun and fast workout to complete each day. This challenge is easy to fit into your day and effective.
